        <content>There's a new meat purveyor at the Dupont Freshfarm Market, selling organically-raised goat, buffalo, pork and rabbit. If I had my act together, I'd be able to provide the name, but it is a farm in Culpeper. VA. They have sausages, jerky and soupbones, too. There are now four really excellent meat sources coming to the Sunday market, and I have my favorites, so I haven't had a chance to explore this new purveyor's wares. I did buy a package of buffalo soupbones for stock, and it was generous and very meaty. I got some shortribs, too, but haven't had a chance to cook them yet.  </content>

      <content>It's called Cibola Farms. They also sell at the farm every day except Tuesday and Thursday and have a self-guided walking tour April through October:

Their brochure also indicates that by learning from the Native Americans they try not to waste any part of "nature's harvest" and are planning to produce hides, furs, soaps and candles.</content>
