      <content>Do you mean at a restaurant?  Probably most of the A-list in the city will have fois gras as an offering on the Eve.
 
If you mean to prepare at home (which is what I think you mean), you can get it at Dean and DeLuca in Georgetown, and probably at Sutton Gourmet.  However, most of the fois gras in this country is produced by D'Artegnan in Hudson Valley or a place in No. Cal whose name escapes me.  The two times I have served fois gras to guests, I found that it was more economical to order direct from D'Artegnan.  They ship overnight (only!) but the shipping is offset by the slightly lower price.  It is a luxury, where ever you buy it.  If you order tonight, it will be shipped tomorrow for Wednesday delivery.
