where to find caul fat in DC area?

I'm making the pate recipe in the Julia Child / Jacques Pepin cookbook. Last time I made it (it was fantastic, by the way) was in Boston, and I knew where to find the optional caul fat the recipe calls for in Beantown. But I don't know of a source down here. Would prefer Montgomery County, but any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Dan

Call Balduccis. Or take a trip to Laurel Meat Market (call first)

Try Pan-Am in Laurel or the Amish Market off 198

If Canales at Eastern Market doesn't have it, Union Meats also at the market probably has it or can get it if you call ahead. Not Montgomery County, but a nice excuse to make a trip to Eastern Market.

I'm certain that Canales at Eastern Market has it or could get it--but I'd call ahead to be sure. Also Dean and Deluca or Wagshals--it might also be called crepine.

Actually any meat counter that does its own butchering should be able to get it with a little notice--especially asian or latino markets.
