They use Mayorga "Suave" Espresso--and suave it was. Very smooth and sweet. Capitol Hill dwellers are lucky to have the place. P.S. Eastern Market was an absolute madhouse with huge lines of people waiting for turkeys. Love the collard greens and slaw at the Market Lunch.
