Singh Thai

went to the movies at Courthouse and afterwards went across the street to Singh Thai. Nice little restaurant, modern Thai chic look to it. We went with fairly standard orders, but everything was excellent, with a nice spice to it.

Thai Dumplimgs: lightly fried chive dumplings. 3 round patties stuffed with chives, served with thai sweet and sour sauce.

Green Curry: Green curry with pork and bamboo shoots, thai eggplant, and fresh basil. Nice coconut broth with excellent hot peppers.

Drunken Noodles: rice noodles with chicken and shrimp in spicy basil tomato sauce. Nice sweet hot flavor

1 ap, 2 dinners, 3 singh beer cost $42 with tax and tip.

FYI, Singh Thai is no longer there and has been replaced by Archa Thai Restaurant. I happen to have their takeout/delivery menu, and this new place doesn't offer chive dumplings.
