They did some tastings of no-bake lasagna noodles on "America's Test Kitchen" last week and declared Ronzoni the winner. Not only for taste, but they're cut to fit the bottom of a caserole dish exactly.

My question: Does anyone know where to get these Ronzoni noodles in the DC area? I've looked in two Safeways (large and small) and a smallish Giant (couldn't resist the oxymoron).

Thanks,
Leo

I once saw a chef ona cooking show say u could useregular lasagna noodles the same way (no boil)if u used a lot of sauce. I tried it once and it worked....but I'm not taking responsibility for results. :) It is cheaper with reg noodles though. :)

I'm not sure where in DC you can buy them but you can get it by the case at the Ronzoni web site(link below). I'm a huge fan of ATK as well and the 3rd season book has all the reviews. Like the other posters I've tried traditional noodles without boiling them and have had good results. The keys 1.) As stated in the other posts you a reasonable amount of liquid in the sauce. 2). At least 45Min- 1Hr. of cooking time.
