<content>Those of you who are customers of Polyface Farm at the Dupont Circle Farmers' Market will want to read the thought-provoking article in this past Sunday's NY Times Magazine, by Michael Pollan author of _The Botany of Desire_. He argues convincingly that eating meat is morally defensible when the animal lives a life that allows it to express its true nature, and its death is experienced without suffering. A visit to Polyface Farm was his epiphany. Polyface meat is delicious, too.
