I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. I have to disagree with Mr. Kaufman. . .I found the food to be impeccable.

I took two friends there from out of town after a week's stay in SF - it was the only place that had the spectacular view I was seeking.

The shellfish appetizer we had was fresh and nice presentation. I had filet mignon with cabernet & blue cheese sauce that was delectable. My friends had sorbet and creme brulee for dessert that were both to die for.

Additionally, the service was top-rate and the atmosphere very intimate and soothing.

I was a little hesitant going here because I hadn't heard much about it, but I honestly couldn't have picked a better place to take them to cap off their trip.

Hope this is helpful for you.

great view - one of the best in the bay-area ---food is really pretty bad -- better off going to Guymas ----or even Sam's
