Thanks for DC eateries

Using the message board I was able to have a great weekend celebrating a "milestone" bday with two 85 yrs. old grandparents, one 61 year old critcal diner, two nineteen yrs.old (twins) and myself, a brand new 50 yrs old. Starting with Obelisk on Friday which had the best breadsticks, the prix fix menu changes nightly so its difficult to recommend specific items, I would suggest that the fish, on the night we dined, was considered by our table as "the winner". Saturday night was at Bistro Bis (near the Union Station)the Sweet Breads were well received, the duck on the other hand suffered from a too salty sauce but the scallops and the meat courses were very good. Our last evening was spent at Cashion's Eat Place. Without a doubt it was the place that we will return to because of how enjoyable the "entire" experience was. The service was informative and personable and the food was perfect for a Sunday casual diner. None of the meals will be memorable for the food but all in all it was lovely.
Thanks for all postings that provided restaurant guidance.
