Anything in Cupertino that hasn't been found yet?

  • s

Hey everyone.

I have lived in Cupertino for many years, and I feel as though I have exhausted its chowhounding capabilities. I would like to know if anyone has discovered any delicious restaurants in Cupertino. Anything you can give me will be sincerely appreciated.

Hi Sarah, maybe you could tell us where you've been and what you liked. Then we'd know what would be new for you. I haven't been able to check it out personally but the group of Asian restaurants in the same shopping center as Ranch 99 look promising.

      Hey Melanie,

Thank you for replying so quickly!

I have found a few places that are worth looking at, but I have only been in the Stevens Creek-De Anza area, and I would like to know what else is out there, like Wolfe.

Fontana's-excellent risotto a la tarantina(scallops and rock shrimp)and classically good tiramisu.

Hong Fu-broccoli beef to die for(been trying to find the recipe for the sauce they use)crispy wok fried green beans, and luscious walnut prawns in cream sauce that aren't glopped over with mayonnaise.

Canton Delights-delicious ha gau, positively stuffed with shrimp. The egg custard tartlets have a light sweetness, almost like clouds. The fried shrimp dumplings are crackling crisp, and a little bit greasy. They are filled with the freshest shrimp,a little carrot, and water chestnut.

Those are the really great restaurants I can think of from the area I have been. Any other suggestions would be gratefully accepted.
