  1. Depends a bit on what you are looking for. The Willard does a fabulous jazz brunch with all the accoutrements you could hope for. I don't recall the price, but it's not outrageous. You might also check Melrose, a hotel restaurant that's better than a hotel restaurant. I've also enjoyed the jazz brunch at Georgia Brown's, which usually serves up very tasty food.

For something a little more mellow - Chef Geoff's is good - no buffet but fine brunch fare. Otherwise, if you want something different but excellent, try the Bombay club, which does a champagne brunch with piano bar.

Let us know where you end up.

Tabard Inn on N St. NW between 17th & 18 St. is great place for quality food and ambience. In october you can sit in the garden in their backyard. Tell me how did you like it.

I love the Tabard Inn. An excellent suggestion!

    2. There is a sunday brunch at the restaurant on the top of the kennedy center with views of the river. I think you have to make reservations in advance. Filomena's in georgetown also has a reasonably priced brunch. They have great italian food and I believe they have a website with the brunch menu.

      1. Georgia Browns has an amazing brunch. I can't recommend it enough!
