Chowhounds in the Washington, D.C. area should check out Capsian Kabobs at 1321-C Rockville Pike. Their $6.95 all-you-can-eat lunch features chicken, beef or lamb, stews, stewed and fresh vegetables, two or three rice dishes, soup, salad, and fruit. Their fresh bread is warm, crispy, and chewy. The place is clean and the help is friendly. I just wish the lunch special was offered on weekends as well as weekdays. Enjoy!

Another place for dynamite kebabs and terrific tandoori oven bread is Moby Dick. I am partial to the location in Bethesda. Barebones, but the chicken and chopped meat kebabs are consistently delicious.

Low prices and good rice too.
