Oceanside restaurants

Hope someone can help me out. Looking for a place on the water for drinks and dinner (casual but good)in the Newburyport area. Thanks

These are riverside, not oceanside.

Newburyport:

Black Cow Tap & Grill: Waterfront dining (deck) and bar. Good food. Seems to be a popular watering hole.

Michael's Harborside: Same

Michael's is just east of the Route 1 bridge across the Merrimack River. The Black Cow is about a block further east; turn left at the traffic light.

Salisbury:

On the opposite side of the Route 1 bridge is Striper's Grill. I've never been, but they have riverside dining.

We finally went to Striper's. My wife had scallops that were excellent. I had the salmon special, also excellent. Nice salad bar, good service.

We were seated in the bar, which was a bit noisy.

The weather right now is not conducive to outside dining, but we will go back.
