Don Jose is awesome. If you are looking for something less expensive, keep driving down Atwells Ave. A few miles down on the right side is Chilangos. A very good, cheap, mexican place. They make a mean torta (mexican sandwich).
There is a really good, authentic Mexican restaurant on Atwells avenue Called Don Jose's (link below) There is also a very good Mexican street food restaurant in East Greeenwich called Tio Mateo's, right on Main street, their menu can be found at diningquest.com
