Breakfast or Brunch in Central Connecticut?

Any recommendations for breakfast or brunch in the central Connecticut area. Ideally in the Cheshire/Southington/Waterbury area.
In downtown Southington center, the best breakfast around (IMHO) is the Pepper Pot, directly opposite the North end of the town green. Many varieties of omelets (try the New Englander-ham, sausage, onions, bacon, cheese and baked beans), dinner-plate sized pancakes, etc. Their breakfast is served seven days a week, with additional specials offered on Sat. and Sun. mornings. On Sunday morning you might encounter a line of diners waiting for tables. Not a problem, the line moves really quickly. I've not had to wait more than 10-15 minutes, even if the line extends out the door. It' definitely worth waiting for.
For a less casual Sunday brunch, try "25 Center Street" right next door to Pepper Pot. Haven't tried the brunch, but I've enjoyed all the dinners I've had there.
Rick's on 5 in Wallingford for a no nonsense breakfast, in many cases, for under $6 a person. It doesn't score highly for ambiance, but I have not had a better pancake ANYWHERE! A great hometown diner-type place!
