In short, there is something for everyone on the menu at Hugo's, but if there is a member of your dining party who won't be eager to choose between a first course offering of something that includes poached quail eggs OR escargot, then Bandol is NOT the place to go... Bandol is outstanding for what they do, but the challange of their menu is sure to knock the winds of enthusiasm out of the sails for many...
