Happened upon a wonderful market at Rte 9 and 135 in Westboro called Ho-Ho International Food Market. This store was geared towards all types of asian and indian foods. There was fresh produce, buckets of fresh tofu, frozen meats of all kinds (black chicken for example) dried fish, fresh tilapia in tanks, whole and ground spices, noodles (one entire aisle devoted to them), korean and chinese medicines, bottles of ghee, large jars of kim chee, 2 aisles of sauces, preserved duck eggs, tableware, teas, drinks, wall hangings. Every way I turned and in every aisle there was something different and unusual to find. I have not seen a market like this in my area, and it will be my new shopping mecca.

Thanks,
I've been meaning to stop in.
Do they offer any prepared foods?
Does it compare to anything in Chinatown?
Is it geared toward any particular asian ethnicity? like Asinayo in Framingham is predominantly Korean.

no,
there wasn't any prepared items when I visited this past weekend, only the fish tanks at the back of the store with the live tilapia. I have only been in 1 store in Chinatown so I cannot give you a comparison.
It's geared more to Chinese than any other asian cuisine, though the Indian items are pretty comprehensive too.
