Aside from the Istitute of Culinary Arts in Poughkipsie, NY, Johnson & Wales is a top rated nationaly recognized school. Their resturant and hotel in Seekonk are well worth the visit. I have been several times, when I am in that area, and have not been dissapointed. Menu is always changing, daily specials are definitely worth a try and prices are very reasonable.
