Commissary and Fore Street in Portland
Commissary just keeps getting better and better under the new chef, John LoPresti.
And Fore Street never misses a beat either. Someday they will find a foie gras preparation (changes every week, as far as I can see) that I don't dream of for days after, but probably not. Is it possible to be addicted to Mashed Potatoes finished in the oven and sinfully sweet Red Beets?
Gosh! I just had to get that off my chest! I feel much better now.
