I was hoping for fresh and I thought you could get them in the Spring, but I may be wrong.

I'll take them bottled if you know where to get them. I'm trying to not use truffle oil.

Thanks.

In my experience, buying bottled truffles is a complete waste of money. I'd advise you to wait until fall.

Don't know if you might be able to order Italian white truffles on the web, but whatever fresh ones you obtain are going to be very expensive. Saw black French ones selling around $90+ per ounce, OUCH!
