I usually get it from New England Cheesemaking and its light, so shipping is inexpensive, prices so so. www.cheesemaking.com
Some Brazilian markets to sell it from time to time, under the name "coalho." You could try Gol Supermarket or International Market both on Somerville Ave in Somerville to see if one has it.
For Rye flour can't tell you 100%, but I would suggest a store that has bulk foods -- Wild Oats, Whole Foods, Harvest, etc. Polcari's in the North End might also have it and I think I have seen larger bags of Rye around, perhaps in Market Basket. For *large* quantities Savage & Co on Elm in Waltham.

If you want to buy them locally, call Beer and Wine Hobby in Woburn... website below. I've seen rennet there before but haven't been in there recently. GREAT store, well worth the visit, and the people are incredibly helpful.

I found the opposite to be true about that place, they are not very knowledgable about brewing, that is for sure. Maybe you get treated differently as a wine maker vs. brewer I don't know. But that lady (mgr.?)with the accent there has no customer service skills. She will argue with you until you are blue in the face, even after you have proven her wrong. And she has no problem making up fake prices trying to rip people off even after you have shown her the correct price on their own website. They are mail order fillers and that's the way they want to keep it. Prices are outrageous too. You are better off finding a place online than dealing with them. I've been four times, each time leaving angry, and have vowed to never return even if they are the last homebrew shop on earth. Some of my fellow brewers in the area have conveyed similar stories to me also.
