<content>I tried Bamboo in Dedham tonight at Tzonis' suggestion and was pleasantly surprised by the variety and prices of the sushi.

Our server seemed disappointed that we did not come for the buffet, but brought the sushi out at lightning speed. The tuna was very fresh and the spider roll, although unwieldy was delicious and crisp.

However upon asking our table of 3 if we wanted tea and offering us a choice of green or jasmine, (2 of us said yes ) he brought one of each pot to the table and we were charged almost 8 dollars for them which was a bit much.

Also plates were cleared entirely too quickly, one person had finished but the others were still eating when the empty plate was whisked away.

A soup, salad, order of hamachi nigiri and 5 rolls plus the 2 pots of tea came to $58 before tip.

If I went again, I'd hope for a different server.
