Have any chowhounds had experiences with how the Grille copes with dietary restrictions (food allergies)? Usually any place with excellent service will be accomodating, but I'd still like to get some chowish feedback. There are plenty of comments on Capital Grille already, but I'd welcome suggestions for what to try. I'm a huge fan of steak and red wine, so I have happy hopes. They walked me through the menu and offered substitutions for some items, but were also very helpful in telling me what would absolutely have to be avoided.
