Had dinner for the first time at Vintage on Friday night and was very pleasantly surprised. It is a very attractive room, we sat next to one of the fireplaces. Started with Calamari and Crab Cake, both were excellent. Someone else ordered the Clams Casino and also very much liked it. Four of the six diners ordered steak, while 2 ordered fish. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their steaks and fish; however, my sirloin, although very tasty, came out medium well instead of the requested medium rare. All and all, a very good experience and I would definitely go back.

Do they offer dinner service at the bar for a solo diner? Is the bar comfortable enough to dine alone?

Dining at the Vintage Bar is very comfortable for a solo diner.
The bar stools are comfortable; the lighting is nice and relaxed. Waitstaff is very friendly and accomodating. There are also plasma tv's above. I would definitely recommend eating at the bar alone. And yes, they offer dinner service

Tried out Vintage tonight and I have to say it was great. Fireplace was blazing next to the bar. Clam chowder was great, calamari even better. We saw a couple of great looking steaks being served to other patrons. I was quite impressed. You would never know it was the old "Fontaines". I am looking forward to going back which is more than I can say for a couple of places I've been to lately.
