      <content>The gossip is that they are not going to open due to expensive renovations.  It's an old building, it would be costly to do.  Anyways, i'm not sure if it's true or not, but word on street</content>

      <content>I am not a big Ruth's Chris fan.
 
It's a chain with yucky wet-aged beef.
 
Capital Grill (and I'm sure others in Boston) have Dry Aged (the real deal) beef.
 
The difference is like night and day.
