It's cheap, very good, and serves breakfast and lunch till 3pm seven days. Serving 20 at once at peak hours might be a challenge, but that's going to be true at a lot of places. The L Street Diner at L and E 5th Sts is a similarly bargain-priced, homey restaurant that is more full service (comfort-food entrees, pizza, beer/wine, dinner, open till 10pm). A recent Phoenix review suggests their burgers are awewsome; I have yet to try one here. They might take a reservation for a big group like that. As for Comm Ave, where exactly? The Public Garden?
