The service has always been fine, and tip added to bill only with a very large group (we often go for work-related lunches). Many in our group have like the sushi, the Bi Bim Bop, and the lunch boxes. It's a much better deal pricewise for lunch- the prices go up quite a bit for dinner, according to the menu.
