We have been to Ba-Le 3 times in the last two weeks! Its on Boston street in Lynn. They serve 6-8 types of banh-mi ($2-$2.25 each), about 10 different kinds of boba, viet coffee and tea drinks ($2-$2.75), various vietnamese desserts (tapiocas, mung bean, and my fav basil seed with multiple types of jelly $1.50), heat and serve meals, and canned asian drinks. The owners are always there and they are very nice.
The food: very good banh mi. The bread is always fresh and the fillings are very tasty. They seem to have a mostly vietnamese/khmer clientle but are very helpful to folks who don't know what to order! They have 2 tables if you want to sit and eat. We are very excited to have them so close by since we have missed vietnamese the most since moving to the northshore.
