      <content>If you can travel, I'd call Blood Farms, 978-448-6669. 94 W. Main St., West Groton, MA. I know they do custom halal slaughtering, and they also slaughter for a number of small producers who frequently raise organic (although frequently not certified--depends on how picky you are). </content>

      <content>there are two that i know provide orgaic pastured halal meats...www.greenzabiha.com (they ship, and get meat from Polyface farms) and Taqwa Eco Foods (http://taqwaecofood.org/ in chicago, not sure if they ship though).</content>
