I'm surprised that Uwajimaya didn't have any. I'm pretty sure that Uwajimaya did have the Lion and Globe oil, but since it didn't say roasted, I wasn't sure. I did notice that it was a bit darker than the regular peanut oil I had at home. There are a bunch of peanut/sesame vegetable recipes in there that call for roasted peanut oil. I made sesame glazed baby bok choy last night with it. The peanut oil really added to the flavor.
