Any idea where I could get some? I've checked New Seasons, Whole Foods, Wild Oats, and Uwajimaya. I'd rather not go through every small grocery store in town if possible. Even just suggestions of places likely to have it would help.

Thanks!

If you're looking for an good Asian brand like Lion and Globe, An Dong carries them in the small bottles and big tins, but they're not always in stock. I'm surprised that Uwajimaya didn't have any. FYI, most Asian brands like Lion and Globe don't necessarily say they're from roasted nuts, but they are.

That was actually the other half of my question (which I forgot to include). I'm pretty sure that Uwajimaya did have the Lion and Globe oil, but since it didn't say roasted, I wasn't sure. I did notice that it was a bit darker than the regular peanut oil I had at home. I guess I will swing back by Uwajimaya and pick some up. Thanks!

Someone else could probably answer this more thoroughly than I can, but I am using it for recipes from Vegetables Every Day. There are a bunch of peanut/sesame vegetable recipes in there that call for roasted peanut oil. I made sesame glazed baby bok choy last night with it. The peanut oil really added to the flavor. And smells supertasty.
