      <content>Normally I'd agree, Joanie, but I just have to chime in with the must-have for the vegetarian...The "Special mustard greens with edame and fresh tofu" is WAY better than it sounds...Stir-fried, shelled edamame with chopped mustard greens and "noodles" made of tofu skin, in a very light garlic sauce...It's such an outstanding and unusual all-veg dish...Plus their veggie dumplings are very good, full of green, textured tofu and glass noodles...</content>
