How about Josephs II on Main street in Waltham. No more than 10 minutes off 95. Excellent place for breakfast 7 days a week.

Depends on how you get from Walpole to 128/I-95; there's a great place along Washington Street in Norwood, called the "Mug 'n Muffin". It's on the east side of the road, right in the center of town.

Lots of fried, grease-filled skillets, big "truck-driver breakfasts". In terms of chow-ish type foods, there's nothing fancy, but their breakfast skillets are a good start to your day (if only because you'll be too full to eat anything else throughout the rest of the day). A little steep as breakfast goes (the skillets run about $7) but it'll fill you up nicely.

About the only bad thing was when we asked for Tabasco sauce, we only got Frank's Red Hot. Also, make sure you don't take any vegetarian friends there; the pickings are slim.
