Can anyone recommend a passable pizza in the Ashland or Framingham area? I have not had any nor tried to find one since Alfredo's closed over 2 years ago. Figures, a pizzaria owned by a nice Italian guy fom Brooklyn goes under in about a year.

No offense intended, but Greek pizza don't count. That is a substance that somewhat resembles pizza. I mean the stuff made by Italians.

Any help?

  1. Gianni's in Framingham (The Nobscott Area) has great pizza. I find the crust very tasty.

I second Gianni's. Haven't found anything else even close.

    2. There's a place in rt 126 in Framingham Center, called NY Pizza Co, or NY Style Pizza, or something like that. It isn't great, but it isn't too bad either. I've been 3 or 4 times, and consistency seems to be an issue. Franca's, next to Walgreens on rt 9 isn't bad.

I know the place you're talking about. I think it's called the NYC Pizza Company. I've tried their pizza and like it. However, their meatball sub left a lot to be desired in my opinion.

      2. Take a short ride to Milford... amesome pizza at Cafe Sorrento.. a little sketchy neighborhood, but very good pizza!
