Devlins or Solstice Cafe??

I'll be in Boston for a conference at the end of June and have been given two choices for the group dinner. Actually I've been given four but two are Asian and I'm coming from SEattle, so I can get great Chinese and Vietnamese here. So...what say you Bostonians about the other two choices? I'm not looking for a particular kind of cuisine, I just want great food to brag about when I return.
Pho Republique, definitely...The neighborhood in undergoing revitalization, the food is more fusian than Vietnamese, the tempura tuna sashimi rolls are wonderful, the drinks delicious and the scene fun...Plus,and this will be important for your crowd, they really support the community...They donate their time and LUSCIOUS food to a community fund-raiser in Dorchester, another community-in-revitalization every year! In fact, going to Pho 2000 in Dorchester would be perfect, as well, but they have no liquor license, and after all day in a community planning conference, you might need it!!!
Solstice Cafe , hands down. It is funky, flavorful and has a dynamic staff. It's also easy to reach by T, at Brigham Circle.
