I know this question has been the subject of much debate on this board, but, my folks are coming to town and I want to treat them to the best Thai in the Boston/Cambridge area.
I have seen Khao Sarn (sp?) mentioned, any other picks?

Thanks so much

Nope, there is nothing better than Khao Sarn, for authentic, non-gloppy Thai food. Their Northern Thai stuff is a revelation, and it's (gasp!), a nice enough restuarant to take your parents to. Get the steamed whole fish covered with garlic, 3 chilis and lime juice, the amazing green mango ( or papaya?) salad and make sure you get an order of miang kum to start!
I haven't heard anyone do back-flips over their curries, but their lorb, noodles and soups have gotten raves.
