I laughed out loud all the way thru the book, evene when he made fun of people who don't eat meat, and ask for changes on the chef's specials...While I was reading it, I happened to go to a restaurant that had run out of bread, and I couldn't quite take THAT seriously!! My copy has made the rounds of my friends, but I dunno, he might have to include a few appetizers for me to pay $35 to hear him speak...I mean, sheesh, he's promoting a book, and he's not giving a cooking class...Still, it is tempting-thanks for the heads up!
