I am planning a get together for 5-6 friends this coming weekend and would like suggestions for a nice lunch place in Boston. Something hip and fun, no dim sum please. Any suggestions are welcomed1 Thanks in advance!
how about tapas at Tapeo on Newbury? It's a nice place on a great street to introduce to your friends, the food is good and you can all share!!
For some reason, Salamander comes to mind. You have to be in the mood for Asian influences tho. You also mighit like Vox Populi on Boylston St.
South End Galleria just started serving Brunch/Lunch on Saturdays and Sundays. I tried it on Sunday and the food was excellent, and very reasonable. Breakfast items came with coffee and were 8.25, lunch items were 9.25.
Disclaimer: I sell wine to restaurants around the city, so I am partial to some, but I would never recommend anyone to a restaurant that didn't fit the chowhound credo.
