So where do folks go for coffee in Boston?
What I'm looking for:
--NOT starbucks and all it stands for
--open late (midnight at least)
--warm, couches, art, rugs (NOT sterile)
--dessert

Help a transplanted northwesterner!

thanks,
-andy

Just don't expect cleanliness at the Someday. Not a bad place - that is where I go it's just a bit dirty and HIGH hipster doofus factor :)

        2. Boston's in pathetically short supply of cool coffee shops. Besides the others mentioned, there's the Other Side Cafe on the corner of Newbury St. and Mass Ave. Also Espresso Royale by BU, Northeastern and on Newbury. Altho the Newbury location isn't too comfortable.

          1. Cezanne, 424 Mass. Ave Cambridge, is a quiet place-with lots of space to spread out papers, mags etc....
does close early though -around 7.
