Beacon Hill Bistro. Anyone been there?

Any comments/advice appreciated
I was there at the beginning of the summer. It was nice but pretty slow. I think it was a summertime thing, we'd been at the Federalist for a drink before dinner and they were dead too. In any case, it's nice French bistro food, pretty reasonably priced. The entrees were quite good, we had duck and lamb I think. The desserts were okay, not great. Friendly service. My boss has been there for breakfast meetings and likes it. Worth checking out.
I had brunch there, and I laughed out loud when my pancakes arrived. I am NOT KIDDING, they were three pancakes, stacked neatly and beautifully, the diameter of a teacup. Seriously, it looked like a joke. And that was my entree. I had a few bites, the plate was empty, and we went somewhere else for more food. But it was good.
Went with a friend for dinner. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. The service and wine were also quite good. Be careful when ordering as some of the food is a lot richer than you might think. My friend was ill after the meal (she had duck confit, lamb with a rich sauce and we split a chocolate desert). I had a salad with cheese, a fish with sauce and the other half of the chocolate desert -- and I did not get sick. Would definitely return for another meal.
