Ethiopian Grocery

Does anyone know of any Ethiopian groceries in the Boston Metropolitan area? I'm a total Ethiopian food nut in Cambridge, and would like to start cooking it myself rather than spending $50 a week satisfying my addiction.

Any other info as to what to buy to make a few good dishes, or recipies for yebeg wot, lega tibs, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

  1. The best Ethiopian cookbook I've seen is Exotic Ethiopian Cooking, by Daniel Mestin. It's o/p, but you can score a copy if you poke around used book sites. You can also check out the recipes at the following links:
