Top-notch Sunday brunch/lunch

We're looking for a place with great food and great atmosphere for a special occasion brunch/lunch, either in Boston or Cambridge. The extra challenge is that we're fin-fish-eating vegetarians. Any ideas, anyone? Many thanks!

Have you tried the Blue Room at Kendall Square? It is very eclectic, from plantains to Thai food. But they also have pancakes & scrambled eggs. If you go, make sure to go early coz it packs up for brunch.

The best in the city is still Rowes Wharf at the Boston Harbor Hotel. The service is often uneven but Chef Bruce's Sunday brunch is still a sight to be seen. Due to the price ($65 a person) this is usually a special occasion place only for most. The selection is huge and should more than satisfy vegetarian or non-vegetarian tastes.

Now that the Ritz is gone this is the best Sunday Brunch in the city. I was pleasantly surprised at the price. Not $65 as you posted, but $42. And that includes free parking. Parking is discounted during the week, but for Sunday Brunch it is free. I miss my old favorites from the Ritz, but I enjoyed this buffet very much.
