Bubble Tea in Boston?

Does anyone know if there's anyplace in Boston that one can procure bubble tea (tea with tapioca pearls)?
I can't tell you where, but I know it's there, because my brother, who lived in the area for the ten years preceding this past spring, was a regular consumer (he most likely bought it in or near Cambridge). I'll email him and ask, thugh I can't guarantee I'll hear back, because that's how he is.
Well, here is what my brother had to say about bubble tea in Boston:
"Well, there is this place in Boston called the Chinatown Eatery that consists of a common table area surrounded by about a dozen different holes in the wall of various Asian flavors, all cheap and good. One of them has multitudinous fruit drinks, some of them "with pearl". I've had them there."
Try the Dong Khanh Restaurant on Harrison and Kneeland, the Maxim Coffee House on Harrison and Beach, or Ichiban on Kneeland just down from the intersection with Harrison. All of these places have signs in the window advertising Pearl Milk Tea which is what you are looking for. In addition to these places there are probably a lot more, these are just a few that I passed on my way to work this morning.
