Milford was my hometown....not much of a culinary paradise, Mike, sorry!...there is a good Indian restaurant in the same plaza as the Stop and Shop, and about 200 or 300 feet down the same street is "Peppercorns", which has decent Italian and also fish meals...otherwise, there is the 99 (avoid) and Applebees (avoid) and Outback Steakhouse (not too bad).
Used to be lots of wonderful old-style Italian restaurants there when I was growing up in the 70s, but they are all gone now.
