RECS FOR LUNCH IN BEAUFORT SC.

WILL BE SPENDING A WEEK IN HILTON HEAD.PLAN TO GO TO BEAUFORT FOR A DAY.NEED RECOMMENDATIONS FOR INEXPENSIVE LUNCH NEAR THE HISTORIC DISTRICT.

      Plums is a Must... great sandwich and entree selection, with a back porch overlooking the water. Yet between the water and the porch is the edge of a lawn that you can often catch game of croquette being played.,

        Yes, Plum's is a great choice. I love their sandwiches!

        Leaving Savannah tomorrow for several days in Charleston. This is our first visit to this part of the country and we are finding it delightful. Will stop and visit Beaufort along the way and have lunch there. Thanks is advance for additional or more up to date restaurant suggestions.
