We enjoyed a very nice meal here a few days ago. We were seated in the back of the restaurant in a very cozy booth with beautiful views of Haystack Rock.

I ordered the sea scallop special that was very good and perfectly prepared. The entree came with a nice fresh garden salad with English garlic dressing. Everything was fresh and very good. The entree also included Himalayan brown rice and bacon-wrapped asparagus. The clam chowder was also the best I have tasted on this trip. DH had the salmon that he said was excellent and we shared the "heaven" chocolate dessert that was a decadent piece of chocolate cake with a layer of light chocolate mousse and homemade toffee candy, topped with whipped cream.

For our wine we shared a glass of the Reserve Pinot Gris from Henry Estates. Our service was very, very good, professional and attentive. I would highly recommend giving this place a try when in Cannon Beach. Cheers! ***kim***
