Peking Duck Hunting in the Triangle

Where to get a good Peking Duck 'round here ? Looking for the typical multi-course style. Also would like to know if it requires pre-order.
I've heard good things about Red Palace. I may try it this weekend. In general, though, Peking Duck is a giant waste of money. Restaurants usually charge $20 or $30 for what amounts to a scrawny frozen duck basted in soy sauce and honey. I recommend making it at home.
