        <content>Just wanted to report that Brian Spangler did an excellent job teaching how to make artisan pizza at home last night at Sur La Table. I was so looking forward to him teaching and was very grateful he was able to work out his business conflicts to be there- I will look for his name on the schedule again!</content>

      <content>And the pizzas I made last night with the dough we took home from the class were great. Not as crispy as Apizza Scholls but thats the difference between 550 and 700 degrees.</content>
