Probably forever. It won't be long before he's selling out of dough just with dinner, if he hasn't already. And there's only so much dough one man can make when you have as high of standards as Brian. (No mixers, eg.)

The pizza is not only THAT good, sometimes it's even better than that... It's as good or better than the pizza I grew up eating in Bensonhurst Brooklyn.

Brian's Margherita is a perfect pie. It would kick DiFara's/L&B's/DaVinci's/Totonno's/Patsy's/etc. asses (if pizzas had asses and feet to kick them with) in a taste test.

BTW, happy house hunting loofahgirl!

Yeah...it's that good. We've been three times since they opened and it's not like the food is cheap. But their Caesar Salad and Margherita Pizza topped off with an oatmeal stout or a squirt can't be beat. I can't believe how much I love their food! They almost don't even have to ask what we want anymore we've become such regulars. We are shamelessly recommending Scholls right and left to friends to further spread the addiction in this town.Best regards,Amanda
