But I would recommend you make recommendations as it gets very busy during the championship. Also, during the contest, they will have some of the competitors setup as food vendors also. Make sure you stick around until after turn-ins on Saturday which is usually around 2 PM. You should be able to get some complimentary samples of their competition que. BTW, I will be there as a volunteer worker and, hopefully, also as a cooking team member. I hope to be cooking with the Bonesmoker's team. Come by and see us. An article in our local paper described their economic problems which has resulted in a good deal for consumers. They closed the distillery four years ago because the former owners increased production so much that they had enough whisky on hand to meet the needs for four years. The George Dickel #12 on the shelves is not six years old but TWELVE years old. Same old price just much older booze.
