Mother's Day Brunch in Jackson, MS

I used to live in Jackson but have been away for probably fifteen years now. I'm coming into town to visit my mom on Mother's Day. I'm trying to find a nice place to take her for brunch...nothing frou-frou just good food in a relaxed atmosphere. I would prefer a buffet because my dad is on a low-fat diet and many times that is a hard thing to accomodate when ordering from a brunch menu. Please help!
